  We want to assure that despite the dynamically changing situation, we are ready to handle shipments. All our drivers, our warehouse workers, dispatchers, Customer Service Department and our entire team are doing their best to ensure that the logistics does not stop and to support our customers and help them deliver the necessary products.  We follow the regulations and restrictions imposed by the relevant services and the WHO, and our crisis management team is monitoring the situation at all times and taking appropriate actions. We make every effort to ensure that deliveries are carried out in a safe manner. We have introduced a number of safety measures for this purpose, including: body temperature measurements at the entrance to Raben Group facilities hand disinfectants at the entrances to our locationsposters encouraging more frequent hand washing and disinfection as well as hand washing instructions protective gloves at document reception points breaks between warehouse shifts “smile instead of a handshake principle remote working mode has been introduced in the offices.   Protecting the health of our employees and partners and providing the highest possible service level in the current situation is our priority and it requires understanding and cooperation of all parties involved in the supply chain. Please note that due to the current situation, some companies or delivery locations may be closed, so please contact the consignee of the shipment before placing a transport order in order to confirm that the delivery is possible. Furthermore, by the decision of governments of individual countries, the borders have been closed to foreigners, but they remain open to the flow of goods so orders are carried out, but due to tighter controls at border crossing points there may be delays in their execution. Therefore, we would like to remind you that the status of each shipment can be tracked on myRaben platform in the myTruck&Trace module. If you have any questions regarding current services, do not hesitate to contact your local Customer Service Department. We remain at your disposal. We are looking forward to our cooperation!
