  Each manager has his/her own vision of HR-manager mission and tasks. To achieve this, at HR-committee meeting together with Elizabeth Shilova, Business Lyceum Dr.Shilova CEO, the participants tested the ToP-Facilitation technology. It has been developed for almost 40 years and is used in business for structured discussion of issues, search for collaborative solutions, generating ideas, etc.
