Marta Halabala heads the Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development practice at Asters

  Asters is pleased to announce that Counsel Marta Halabala has been appointed Head of Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development practice effective from 1 January 2024. Marta Halabala has over 15 years of experience working on energy projects, including projects in oil and gas industry, as well as in renewable energy. Her expertise includes work on projects with wind, solar, biogas facilities, and other energy generation projects. She consults developers, contractors and lenders on due diligence matters for various energy projects, as well as greenfield and turnkey acquisitions. In 2023, Marta completed her 14-month secondment at a leading Irish law firm Arthur Cox. Marta will leverage her extensive international experience to assist Asters clients in implementing projects related to renewable energy, ESG, the energy transition and the European Green Deal.
