Amadeus Marine LLC (EDRPOU 36554196) — a railway tank-wagon logistics operator founded in Odesa in 2009 — announces the appointment of company co-founder Mariia Solianik as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mariia Solianik returns to the operational leadership of the company she co-founded. She brings more than 23 years of experience in financial and operational management, logistics and strategy. Her career includes a background at Delta Wilmar CIS (Wilmar Group), after which she co-founded Amadeus Marine and ran it as Chief Financial Officer for over a decade. The appointment is accompanied by an expansion of the company’s partnership: new partner and co-investor Maksim Tarapata has joined the business, strengthening the team’s expertise in agri-trading and international markets. “I am returning to a company we built from the ground up, with a clear vision for its next chapter — sustainable growth, the digitalisation of logistics processes, and a stronger position for Ukrainian railway logistics in the European market,” said Mariia Solianik, CEO of Amadeus Marine.
