lifecell won three awards in the HR Brand Award Ukraine contest

  On October 21 the HR portal GRC held a final case conference and awarded the winners of HR Brand Award 2021. Among 60 best HR projects of 45 companies, the lifecell team was recognized as one of the winners in the Ukraine nomination and got two more special nominations. The winning project was I change, and the world changes – our way of transforming the employees behavioral model. It presented a paradigm shift in thinking and building new behavioral models, which have a direct impact on the companys business results. The basis was the introduction of a new operating model – product structures, and the development of related new principles of team collaboration, which are reflected in the competence model and lifecells updated values. This project essentially became a project of transforming the companys corporate culture. The authors of the project were the Agile-transformation team consisting of the employees of the Business Support Directorate, Information and Communication Technologies Directorate, and Marketing Directorate. CEO, directors of all the directorates, as well as employees-ambassadors and staff trainers of the company were directly involved at the stages of project implementation. In addition, Lifecell got the award in the Cultural Evolution thematic category from the partner StarLightMedia and recognition as the Best Project Presentation according to the online voting results. HR Brand Ukraine Award is an annual independent prestigious award to recognize the best HR projects. Participation in the competition allows tracing topical trends and studying effective HR tools, which the leading companies used in their work during the year.
