EBA Logistics Committee met with Yevhen Ihnatenko, the newly appointed Head of the Maritime State Service of Ukraine

  Today, the  EBA Logistics Committee met with the newly appointed Head of the State Maritime and Inland Water Transport and Shipping Service of Ukraine - Yevhen Ihnatenko. During the meeting, the participants discussed a number of topical issues for the business community, namely: Priorities of the State Service for 2023 Resumption of work on the development and adoption of by-laws on the Law of Ukraine On Inland Water Transport The procedure for approving the allocation of land and water space for merchant shipping, as well as construction or other works in the area of navigation equipment and sea routes Regulation of the inspections of port facilities security in compliance with the ISPS Code The safety of navigation during the winter for the proper functioning of humanitarian corridors for the export of Ukrainian agricultural products Plans to resume navigation on the Dnipro River after the end of martial law in Ukraine The need for digitalization to ensure the maximum absence of human factors in the processes We are grateful for your participation and we hope for fruitful cooperation!
