Kinstellar’s Kyiv team successfully represents client in high-value ICC arbitration

  October 2019 – Kinstellar has successfully represented a former shareholder of one of Ukraine’s largest agribusiness groups in London-seated arbitration conducted under the ICC Arbitration Rules. The claims against the client, totalling USD 40 million for alleged conspiracy, fraud and breach of various contractual obligations were dismissed entirely.
