IKEA has appointed a new Market Manager in Ukraine

  IKEA announces the appointment of Iurii Prykhodko as the new Market Manager in Ukraine. Iurii brings nearly 25 years of professional experience and diverse expertise in management, public affairs, and business advocacy, supporting multinational companies pursuing opportunities in the region. Since 2017, he has advised IKEA SEE on market expansion and stakeholder engagement in Ukraine. In his new role, Iurii’s primary focus will be on strengthening the IKEA brand in Ukraine and developing a plan for IKEA’s further development in the market. Although IKEA’s operations in Ukraine have been on temporary hold, the company’s strong commitment and ambition in the market remain intact. “The sense of Home is very strong and dear to the hearts and minds of so many people in Ukraine these days. IKEA’s long-term purpose of creating a better everyday life for the many people makes the brand most relevant and meaningful for this market. I am very pleased and honoured to join and lead the local team of 336 co-workers, planning together the future of IKEA in Ukraine,” – says Iurii Prykhodko.
