EBA Odesa Hobby Club: Pilates Class

We started the 2020 in motion at the EBA Odesa Hobby Club. Olga Kalneva, the Founder of the ‘’Gratsia’’ Pilates Studio, presented an interesting session that can be done with the trainer as well as personally. Our feet, which often are ignored, were the point of this sport event. Thus, the wrong position of the foot causes the spine and joints’ dysfunctions, which subsequently affect all body’s systems. So, a daily feet gymnastics is a useful thing for anyone who wants to be healthy. In addition, we become aware of the basic Pilates principles such as: breathing observation; constant control and focus on your muscles; smooth movements during the exercises, avoiding discomfort; work on aligning the body in order to lift the load from the spine. If you are looking for a calm feeling, want to restore your emotional balance or just to learn how to control your thoughts, be sure to choose this type of training. Remember, balancing the body, we balance our emotional condition!
