The Head of the ЕВА’s Grain and Oilseed Committee Participated in the Ministry of Agrarian Policy Meeting on Grain Exports

  Last Friday, the Head of the ЕВАs Grain and Oilseed Committee took part in a meeting of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy regarding grain exports, chaired by the Minister of Agrarian Policy, Vitaliy Koval. The meeting also included the participation of the First Deputy Minister Taras Vysotskyi, the Deputy Minister of Economy and Ukraines Trade Representative Taras Kachka, and the Deputy Minister of Economy Andrii Teliupa. To ensure the successful development of the agricultural sector, it is necessary to unite and synchronise the efforts of the state and agricultural producers, and to define the main directions of cooperation, including the export strategy, emphasised Vitaliy Koval. The Minister of Agrarian Policy particularly highlighted that one of the Ministrys main priorities is European integration and the expansion of export markets in the EU. During the meeting, representatives of the grain business expressed their gratitude for the cooperation and constructive dialogue with the Ministry of Agrarian Policy. They also noted that one of the key needs of the grain sector is insurance against war risks.
