Meanwhile, the most vulnerable are the companies located in the temporarily occupied territories. Continuation of business put them at risk of being persecuted by Ukrainian law enforcement and judicial authorities, as it may be perceived as collaborationist actions. How to prevent the persecution and what might be the consequences of such actions? The EBA Business Protection & Security Committee will discuss these issues with Stanislav Kravchenko, President of the Criminal Cassation Court within the Supreme Court at the meeting on July 22 at 11:00 Kyiv time: Judicial practice regarding criminal offenses related to interaction with the russian federation (collaborationism, financing of collaborationist actions (Article 110-2 of the Criminal Code)). Changes to the Criminal Code of Ukraine in connection with martial law (Article 615 of the Criminal Code). This meeting will be streamed via Zoom.
