The leadership playbook has shifted towards empathy, flexibility, and resilience – traits usually referred to as female ones, but they are core for managing critical situations in general.  So, how did female CEOs navigate their companies through times of uncertainty?   For the next few months, 6 prominent female speakers will reveal their stories of staying determined despite all the difficulties. Each story is a unique lesson based on the real-life experience of those who have successfully overcome the unpredictable 2020 and even brought their business to a new level with the help of a female-style leadership.
