In a professional environment, the quality of communication directly influences decision-making speed, the effectiveness of collaboration, and the overall level of tension within a team. When stress enters daily workflows, even routine conversations or written exchanges can become sources of conflict and misunderstanding. This is why the focus of the training is on combining clarity, professionalism, and composure in communication — even in complex or emotionally charged situations. We will analyze the main stress factors in communication. We will develop a plan on how to counteract them. 13:00 - 14:00 Lunch Break Block 3. Stress Factors in Written Communication. 14:00 - 15:30. We will analyze what causes stress in correspondence and formulate our own rules for professional email communication. Block 4. Emotions in Communication. 15:30 - 17:00. We will analyze what role they play. How to master and convey them in professional communication. Bonus: Anastasiia Babichevas Signature Game — Respect. In a game format, we will analyze the main rules of communication with respect for everyone. How to talk about sensitive and common topics without offending another person? We will translate common clichés into the language of respect.
