About the Programme

  4. Practical advice: DOs and DON’Ts in recruitment.

MODULE 4. Negotiations with the candidate. Work with motivation – April 7

Trainer: Vira Protsenko, CEO GOLOVABOUTIQUE, has 10+ years’ experience in HR, COO and HRD in Arzinger, was a head of recruiting department in Staff Service, a practicing career consultant.

  1. How “to sell” a vacancy?
  2. Correspondence with the candidates – the secrets of “pushed” messages.

  5. Interaction with higher educational establishments and lyceums – when it is not too late.

MODULE 6 (Bonus): Company Visit to Jooble – April 21
