  Project Management Development Programme. Date: 14 October2017. Time: 08:00 17:00. There are several approaches of project management in the modern world, classical and flexible methodologies. Companies that choose different approaches, get a serious competitive edge in the market: rapid response on changes in demand, including a high competition for a client. Everything revolves around client, his preferences, impatience and his desire to get high-quality constantly developing product quickly. It is very difficult to implement innovations and compete on the market with no flexible approaches. During the modules you will see advantages of classical and flexible methodologies, where it is better to use them, and where the approaches will give quick results for business. Due to it a unique Project Management Development Programme was founded in 2013. The programme’s partners and providers are DEVELOR Ukraine and Spider Ukraine. The programme consists of a gentlemans set of the project manager and provides knowledge about basic tools, pitfalls, and most importantly - practical experience through practical training exercises and homework. This season Spider Ukraine will present Agile, Scrum and Holacracy methods of project management. Having successfully finished the development programme, you will receive certificate of completion.
