About the Programme

EBA Management Development Centre Team together with UNIVERSE CENTRE LLC is launching the Development Programme on English Skills for Project Management and Client Care which will be held in the format of workshops once a week.

The programme is designed for Intermediate and above English learners who are interested in Project Management and Client care; for those  who need to communicate both confidently and effectively in English. This intensive special course will help to prepare you to work internationally. There is a particular emphasis on the relevant vocabulary and speaking skills needed to work efficiently in English. Negotiation, project management, emailing, meeting and presentation skills are practiced, alongside the important vocabulary related to project management and client care. You will have a chance to improve your English, get more confident in speaking and share your experience with your group mates.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Those who wants to improve his/her English skills for solving business-tasks and get additional practice (the required level of English is intermediate and higher)

MODULE 1: Project definition. Types of projects in different organizations and their specifics in different companies. The role of a project manager. How to manage processes in the project. The structure in the project and the matrix of responsibilities – September 18, 2018

MODULE 2: Scrum vs Agile Methodology vs Waterfall vs Kanban – September 25, 2018

MODULE 3: Initiating and planning projects. Budgeting and scheduling – October 2, 2018

MODULE 4: Managing your project team. Cooperating with key team members, top managers. Reporting and emailing – October 9, 2018

MODULE 5: Project launch or execution. Project performance and control – October 16, 2018

MODULE 6: Managing project risks and changes – October 23, 2018

MODULE 7: Working with a Client. Negotiations and meetings – October 30, 2018

MODULE 8: Handling objections. Dealing with complaints. Managing conflict situations – November 6, 2018

MODULE 9: Time management and stress management. Managing communication in projects. Working with a Client. Client care – November 13, 2018

MODULE 10: Project close. Review. Consolidation and revision – November 20, 2018
