About the Programme

EBA Management Development Centre jointly with partners launches the fifth season of the ambitious project PMD Pre-MBA . It is an exclusive English speaking programme which is entirely covered by English speaking professionals, experts, professors and MBA holders.

LECTURERS:
Leslie T. Szamosi – Senior Lecturer of the Executive MBA, University of York, Europe Campus, City College (UK), PhD in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management (Carleton University, Canada), Dr Szamosi has worked both in the private and public sectors in Canada, has worked as the Marketing Manager for an international bio-technology and optoelectronics company in Ottawa (Canada) for 5 years, recently he has worked as an independent expert to the European Union (FP-6 / FP-7) as well as consulting and researching throughout South-Eastern Europe.
Alexandros Psychogios – Professor of International HRM, Birmingham City Business School (UK), University of York, Europe Campus, City College (UK), PhD in Industrial & Business Studies (University of Warwick, UK), Research Visitor in South Eastern European Research Centre (SEERC), his specialization and research interests are on Organizational Behavior, Leadership & Complexity, International Human Resource Management, and Total Quality & Performance Management, Prof. Psychogios has a wide-range experience of participating in various consultancy and research projects on issues like leadership, human resource management, total quality management, performance management and reward systems.
Chris Dressler – President and founder of Dressler Consulting LLC (US, NYC), Chris is a results-oriented, people-focused, IT Executive with over 30 years of technology experience. His expertise encompasses Architecture, Software Development, Big Data, Data Communications, and Networking, Chris held a number of engineering and executive management positions with leading global companies such as Bertelsmann Media Group (BMG), Siemens, Cablevision, Alliance Data Systems (ADS), and the Holzbrink Media Group. In addition to working in the United States and Canada, Chris has worked in a number of European countries including Germany, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
Cheryl Isaacs – Charted Psychologist, Trainer and Executive Coach, London Business School, Director of OPM, specialises in behavioural and performance psychology, neuro-diversity and conducts ability assessments to help people understand their cognitive strengths and weaknesses and how these can be utilised and improved in the workplace. Cheryl is the Author of Unleashing Your Limitless Power and has just finished writing her second book on Impact and Influence.
Ioannis (Yannis) Asimakopoulos – Deputy Director, Bank of Greece, Visiting Professor at University of York, Europe Campus, City College (UK), Ph.D. in Finance, University of Wales, Bangor, Certified Investment Manager and Financial Analyst by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, Member in two High-Level European Union committees (Economic and Financial Committee-EFC and Financial Services Committee-FSC).
Karen-Marie Kragelund, MBA – change catalyst and organisational bridge builder. Living in Ukraine since 2007 and originally from Denmark, KM brings 25 years of experience, working with Eastern Europe, of which 10 years at C-level in major IT companies in Ukraine. She is an expert in organisational transformation initiatives, specialising in leadership development programmes, communication & stakeholder engagement strategies, and cross-functional operational excellence processes.
Pedro Moreno de los Rios, IE Business School Professor, a Ph.D. researcher at Universidad de Alcalá, a renowned expert in digital business and omnichannel marketing, an expert in digital business development, marketing technology, market research, and customer-centric retail strategy, has extensive experience as a digital business executive in B2B and B2C environments, specializing in sales and marketing, business development, omnichannel strategies, inbound marketing, SEM, SEO, e-commerce, CRO and more.
