This is the phrase that for us explains the challenges that businesses are facing in the VUCA world. The world of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity. It is the most adaptive business that will not only survive, but build sustainable competitive advantage. Traditional business toold, outdated capabilities and skills keep companies in the past and must be changed.

EBA Management Development Centre together with Braintuition is launching the first in Ukraine Business Transformations Bootcamp. Two days of a unique mix of theory and practice on how to evolve your vision, strategy and everyday operations by embracing change of the world out there. By the end of Day 2, participants will be equipped with a high-level diagnostics of the company’s ability to change and Transformation frameworks that together comprise a Transformation Roadmap. Participants are advised to follow the roadmap in order to change their respective organization to a more innovative agile business venture

  • Customer centricity – Design Thinking crash course
  • Understanding Agile business through 3 levels of business modelling: value proposition, business model, external environment

Day 2:

  • Agile marketing, agile HR… agile anything
  • Innovation checklist – how innovative companies succeed in the short and long-term
  • Open innovations – what you can expect from partnering with Innovation Ecosystems
  • Corporate entrepreneurship – unleashing innovation potential from the organization
  • Putting it together – building a Transformation roadmap to introduce change.
