Combining: Focal objects, Mind bubbles, Synectics, and Analogies, Free and Forced Associations. Splitting: Morphological analysis, Cherry Splitting. Module III. Ideation Methods, June 26, 15:00-18:00: Learning from Experience: Design thinking tips for idea generation. Optimization: Critical path, 5C, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram. Challenging: SCAMPER, Inversion, De Bono´s 6 Thinking Hats, Walt Disneys 3 Chairs. Randomization: Additional techniques and life hacks for creativity. Module IV. Idea Selection and Implementation, June 27, 15:00-18:00: How to tune your thinking for idea selection? Visualization: Mind Map, Prototyping, schemes, and templates for brainstorming.
