Speakers:

• Denys Gutyk, Project manager of the Truman Agency, advisor to the Economic Security Council of Ukraine. More than 3 years in the field of communication and advocacy. Since 2022 he is a head of the Truman project to build the capacity of public initiatives in the field of economic security. After the start of the Russian Federation’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Denys joined the Economic Security Council of Ukraine and advises members of the public, Ukrainian and foreign authorities, and businesses of the sanction regime against Russia, sanctions compliance, and advocacy campaigns.
• Olena Yurchenko, Senior Analyst of the Truman Agency, adviser to the Economic Security Council of Ukraine. Previously, Olena worked at ADASTRA analytical center and was a member of the editorial board. As an expert on international relations and security, Olena is a frequent speaker in Ukrainian and foreign media. She has a valid experience in OSINT research and open-source analysis with a focus on foreign companies operating in the Russian market, analysis of sanction evasion schemes and procurement for Russian military enterprises.
