The Clinical Trials Subcommittee of the European Business Association invites representatives of the Subcommittee member companies to participate in a meeting featuring experts from Arzinger, dedicated to the new Procedure for Conducting Clinical Trials in Ukraine. During the event, participants will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the key changes in the field of clinical trials introduced by the new Law of Ukraine On Medicinal Products and the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 184 dated 16.02.2026. Special attention will be given to the practical aspects of applying the updated requirements and their impact on market participants. The meeting will be held online in an open discussion format. We encourage companies to analyze the changes proposed by the Procedure in advance and form a vision for their implementation, as well as prepare practical questions for the experts.
