Fee: free of charge. Place: Will be online. Registration is open for everyone. The war in Ukraine is transforming businesses very quickly and severely. One of the challenges for the countrys economy will be the rapid quantity increase of combat veterans and their further integration into civilian life. According to some estimates, this figure, including the families of veterans, may reach 4-5 million people. If we focus on the indicators of the total population of Ukraine, as of January 1, 2022, this is almost 15%. At home, Ukrainian veterans will look for adequate earnings and career paths, more than benefits and subsidies that will not be enough for them. Therefore, the main task of the state, business, and society will be the creation of effective mechanisms of adaptation to normal life and restoration of their potential for the reconstruction of Ukraine on the economic front. There are essential aspects that business owners, managers, and HR departments need to consider when deciding to hire a candidate with military experience. War significantly changes people and leaves a heavy mark. At the same time, the practice of the United States of America, a country that today has an advanced and comprehensive model of assistance to veterans, demonstrates how people with military experience can become the best business asset and initiate positive changes in companies. EBA Management Development Centre together with Amrop invite you to take part in the International Online-Lecture: The Superpower of Ukrainian Business: How Companies Can Find Their Candidates with Military Experience.
