Dear colleagues, 👋 We are pleased to invite you to join our training program: Psychological First Aid in the Workplace: Response Protocols for Acute Emotional Distress in the Context of Chronic Stress and War 📅 The first module of the program—a 90-minute online seminar—will take place on 26 August. In the context of prolonged stress, war, and ongoing uncertainty, psychological safety has become an essential component of business resilience. This program is designed to equip participants with practical skills in crisis response, self-regulation, and supporting colleagues during emotionally challenging situations. 📚 The program consists of two interconnected modules: 🔹 Online Seminar (90 minutes) During the seminar, we will explore: ▪️ psychological safety in the workplace; ▪️ common psychological responses to loss, fear, and overload; ▪️ the principles of Psychological First Aid; ▪️ practical response protocols for providing support and psychological stabilization; ▪️ constructive and unconstructive communication strategies in crisis situations. 🔹 In-Person Practical Training An intensive, hands-on training focused on applying crisis response skills through real-life case studies. Participants will learn how to: ▪️ stabilize themselves and others experiencing anxiety, panic, or acute stress; ▪️ support colleagues coping with grief, apathy, or emotional exhaustion; ▪️ apply Psychological First Aid response protocols; ▪️ use self-regulation techniques and supportive communication practices in the workplace. 💡 Upon completing the program, participants will gain practical tools to respond effectively in crisis situations, support colleagues, and maintain healthy professional boundaries while providing assistance. 📌 Details of the second, practical module will be announced at a later date. ❗️Participation in the online seminar is a mandatory prerequisite for attending the practical training session.
