Successful workplace reintegration requires not only a companys readiness to adapt but also an open dialogue between veterans, managers, HR professionals, and teams. In practice, employers are increasingly facing questions related to veteran onboarding, preparing teams for their return, establishing effective communication, providing support without overprotection, and creating a working environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and able to realize their full potential. During the meeting, we will discuss practical approaches to veterans return to the workplace, hear insights from business representatives, a veteran, and experts, and explore how to strike the right balance between the expectations of veterans, teams, and employers.
