Business Game: Perfect Fishing “Big Fish”. Date: 26 August2026. Time: 17:00 19:00. Language: Ukrainian. Fee: free of charge for EBA members. Place: Forum Business City, Kyiv, str. Pymonenko 13. Today we observe a fascinating similarity in the processes of preparing for fishing and negotiating with a customer. At the start, both players demonstrate mastery of planning! The fisherman chooses equipment, bait and a place to fish, while our negotiator carefully prepares presentations, analyzes the client’s needs and develops a strategy. Next comes the study of the “opponent”: the fisherman studies the behavior of the fish, its habits and favorite places, and the negotiator studies the market, the client’s history and his motives. But here is the moment of truth – both must be prepared for unforeseen circumstances! The fisherman can change the bait or fishing place, and the negotiator his tactics during negotiations. And here, my friends, we see how success is determined by preparation, knowledge and the ability to react to changes. This is the true art of a strategic approach! EBA Management Development Centre, together with Yulia Lytvynenko, invite you to take part in the Business Game: Perfect Fishing “Big Fish”! What awaits the participants? STAGE 1 We observe how the negotiator PREPARES FOR A MEETING with different psychotypes of people. He chooses strategies and approaches, adapting them to each personality. This resembles the preparation of a fisherman who chooses baits and techniques for different species of fish. Both demonstrate skill, knowledge and flexibility to achieve success! STAGE 2 Both create a VALUE PROPOSITION that is impossible to refuse. Both want to catch as many big fish as possible! STAGE 3 Sometimes the fish tries to get off the hook, and customers can OBJECT, demanding convincing arguments. STAGE 4 In the final, the fisherman, using fishing technologies, and the negotiator, USING SPIN, equally achieve their goal! What the participants will get as a result: They will practice communicating with different psychotypes of people. They will analyze their own products/services in terms of motives for their purchase. They will create a Customer Profile of their users. They will develop a Value Map of their offer. They will analyze the most likely objections to their offer. They will learn to use the SPIN sales technology. They will gain confidence in their abilities and motivation to improve results.Speakers.
