EBA Business Forum: «From Shadows to Transparency»

The European Business Association is pleased to invite you to the EBA Business Forum: «From Shadows to Transparency» dedicated to the de-shadowing of consumer goods’ illegal trade and creating civilized rules of doing business.

This meeting is scheduled for 16 November, 14:00, and will be live-streamed online.

In the first part of the meeting, five company representatives will present their cases of opposition to the grey market and implementing fiscalization technologies. There will be speakers from the big business and the small one to ensure that different perspectives on the problem are considered.

In the second part of the meeting, the business community and the public officials will discuss several issues related to de-shadowing the economy, namely:

  • Business proposals on ways to protect consumers from illegal imports.
  • Prospects for full implementation of the Laws №128 and 129 in 2021 and risks of the reform rollback.
  • Establishing equal rules of e-commerce in Ukraine.
