EBA proposes a checklist for the contingency plan

  The first months of 2022 turned out to be quite intense and challenging for the country. However, the European Business Association has analyzed the sentiments of its member companies regarding the situation at the borders and we can see that there is no panic. The resolution of the situation is left in the hands of diplomats. And after all, it is more important than ever to keep calm. Forewarned is forearmed. Many companies have already contingency plans in case of escalation. Some businesses are still putting such plans in place. So, the European Business Association has prepared a checklist of questions that hopefully can help your company make such a plan. The checklist can be found here. It should be noted that the list is not exhaustive and other questions may arise depending on the industry, the situation in the country, etc. We hope that these plans will never be needed but caution is never excessive in such a situation.
