EPAM has accelerated elements of this strategy focusing on diversification of its global delivery platform, by scaling existing and new geographic locations, while continuing to add breadth and depth of talent and capabilities.  This accelerated diversification of the Company’s global delivery capability will help support both the near-term repositioning of customer projects from the impacted region, and future growth beyond 2022.
