  On 11 February, company directors discussed practical financial instruments that enable businesses to invest in energy resilience and reduce operational risks. State-backed instruments The 5–7–9 programme provides loans of up to UAH 10 million for investment purposes, including energy generation equipment. The overall lending cap has been increased to UAH 250 million. 0% loans are available for up to 3 years. Leasing instruments are available for generators and other equipment supporting energy autonomy. International and grant opportunities ▪ The EU-funded UPF programme with a total budget of EUR 25.5 million, covering up to 90% of project costs. ▪ Business grants of up to UAH 1 million depending on the number of jobs created. ▪ EFSE provides grants of up to EUR 10 000 alongside credit financing. ▪ EBRD offers loans of up to EUR 2.5 million with 30–50% grant compensation for energy equipment investments. ▪ The Brave1 programme supports defence technology projects from UAH 500 000 to 8 million.
