Each of us is involved in numerous organizational relationships. We live in an environment of countless, diverse organizations. From our birth, we are entering the already established organizational world. We are born, as a rule, in a medical institution, we go to school, we enter into numerous youth clubs, religious, sports, political groups, and create families (which is undeniably an organization). As consumers, buyers, clients, we use a lot of big organizations: television, banking network, medical service, trade networks, etc. As residents of cities and citizens of the state we are subordinated to local, regional, national governments. Finally, we have a job and are involved with the organization on which our existence depends.
