EBA launches a direct line for COVID-19 issues impacting businesses

  Taking care of every company in our large community and understanding the current complex and unpredictable conditions for doing business, the European Business Association launches a direct line for member companies regarding any cases or complications of business activity caused by the COVID-19 situation. Therefore, we encourage you to message us on Facebook about any difficulties or issues that may arise regarding the reorganization of the companys business processes or operations due to the precautionary measures taken by the states to prevent the spread of coronavirus in Ukraine. We will endeavor to provide the most up-to-date official information and guidance for business in different cases and to address the concerns and inquiries from companies to the competent state bodies for clarification. The EBA keeps in constant contact with the Government of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, the Ministry of Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine and other responsible state authorities regarding the situation around the spread of the coronavirus in Ukraine, and also with regard to planned actions and state restrictions that will affect the business operation.
