EBA Odesa Networking & Gastro Guide Presentation: Business, Meaning, and Inspiration Among Like-Minded People

30/ 01/ 2026
The Southern Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association started the year with an event that brought together business, a culture of collaboration, and human stories — the EBA Odesa Networking & Gastro Guide Presentation. Held on January 29 in Odesa, the event offered a wonderful opportunity for representatives of the Association’s member companies to meet in person, connect in a relaxed atmosphere, share experiences, and simply enjoy quality time with colleagues and partners. The event was opened by Kateryna Morozova, Head of the Southern Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association, who noted: “It is especially valuable to gather in person today. We all know that face-to-face interaction brings so much more than online communication. This is an opportunity to exchange ideas, share experiences, find new partners, and discuss plans for 2026. Networking is not just about meeting people — it’s about building strong, mutually beneficial connections that help businesses grow and develop sustainably.” A special highlight of the evening was the presentation of a social project by EBA member RDS Group — the Gastro Guide “Gourmets’ Roads: 100 Craft Places of Ukraine”, presented by Alina Onika, Head of Communications and PR at RDS and Chair of the EBA Odesa PR & Marketing HUB. The project goes beyond a traditional guide — it showcases Ukrainian businesses, local producers, and craft enterprises that support communities, preserve traditions, and celebrate the culture of local production. The social mission of the Gastro Guide is to support Ukraine’s micro and small businesses and to reveal the country through its flavors, people, and stories. Participants were in for a pleasant surprise — a raffle of five copies of the Gastro Guide, each accompanied by teas from the Poltava-based brand “Richka”. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, attendees shared thoughts on the challenges of the new year, discussed company plans, and explored new ideas for collaboration in the region. A standout feature of the evening was the tasting of Steppe Wines, presented by Ms. Svitlana Molchanova, the winery’s owner from Mykolaiv, adding an authentic Southern Ukrainian touch to the event, complemented by a tasting of meat products from “Balkanski Yastiya” in Bolhrad. The EBA Odesa Networking & Gastro Guide Presentation served as a beautiful reminder that the strength of the business community lies in mutual support, shared values, and human stories that inspire us to move forward. We sincerely thank all participants for their openness and warmth, RDS Group for the inspiring project, and Steppe Wines for the delicious and harmonious addition to the evening.
