EBA Lviv Ad hoc meeting: “Strategic management realities 2021”

    On November 12th, the ad hoc online-offline meeting of the Office took place. The topic was on the realities of Strategic Management 2021. When reviewing your management strategy, you should pay attention to where the company aims to come and search for opportunities to achieve this goal.  Often the goals between shareholders, executive directors and shareholders, department directors do not coincide, so they should be consolidated. It is crucial to have: close vision, its understanding, and readiness for implementation. a balanced system of goals, prioritization and focus.  Do not increase the production level while demand is falling, stressed the experts.  With a well-coordinated team and a motivated leader, you can do a lot. As unstable conditions require changes, you and your team need to adapt to long-term strategic management improvement. It is necessary to look for new management methods and not to be afraid to implement them. Thus, one of the directors shared her experience of implementing the Agile system at the manufacture.  (more about this in the video meeting).
