EBA Lviv Meets the Candidate: Yuliia Hvozdovych

    On October 6, 2020, within the project: EBA meets the Candidates, a meeting with the candidate for the chair of the Lviv UTC Yulia Hvozdovych took place. About the main goals of Lviv UTC development from Ms. Yulia: To make Lviv an amiable city for children and youth, comfortable for childrens birth and upbringing, with qualitative educational services. To increase budget profitability by optimizing costs, debt restructuring, stimulating the economy and business; To develop a new master plan of the city; To provide equal opportunities to local, national, and foreign investors, stimulate domestic investment; To develop a new master plan of the city; To provide equal opportunities to local, national, and foreign investors, encourage domestic investment; To develop Lviv as a medical hub of Eastern Europe by establishing the medical cluster; To support the IT sector, the hospitality industry, and conference tourism affected by the pandemic; To allocate 20-30 premises for startups, to provide free consulting support to young entrepreneurs; If possible, to relocate the night entertainment industry outside the historical part of Lviv for a quiet stay of citizens in this part of Lviv; To reorganize the technical education system.
