EBA Lviv Meets the Candidate: Oleg Syniutka

    On October 1, 2020, within the framework of the EBA Western Ukrainian offices new project: EBA meets the Candidates, the next meeting with the candidate for mayor of Lviv Oleg Syniutka took place. Briefly about the main goals and vision of Lviv development by Oleg Mykhailovych: to build a team of non-corrupt and professional people; to form the city budget for 2021; to reform the citys transport system to make it more convenient for the  Lvivs citizens  and guests; revision and approval of the new General Plan of the city. It will help to create industrial sites for business development; diversification of the economy, which includes more support for manufacturing, and not only Tourism and IT all investors will have equal opportunities. The priority will be given to support the local businesses. However,  national and foreign investors will receive all possible support from local authorities; pursue a reasonable credit policy, as there are too many city loans now and 84% of borrowings are made in foreign currency, which provides additional risks. Oleg Synyutka stressed that he plans to present candidates for the city councils leading positions to the citys business community. Having received feedback from which he will decide on their official appointment. Briefly about the main goals and vision of Lviv development by Oleg Mykhailovych:

  • to build a team of non-corrupt and professional people;
  • to form the city budget for 2021;
  • to reform the city’s transport system to make it more convenient for the  Lviv’s citizens  and guests;
