Therefore, during the EBA Lviv Lunch meeting, the Association member companies decided to discuss how we can create a positive PR for Ukraine abroad. At this time in Lviv a large-scale cultural event took place – LvivMozArt festival of classical music. During 10 days people from all over the world came to the small City of Lions, where they had an opportunity to enjoy classical music in very unusual places, such as the castle in Svirzh, or a Tram Depot. At our event, we invited the organizers of the above-mentioned festival, in particular Mark Zarkhin, a renowned restaurateur, and Andriy Sydor, head of the Dik-Art company, where we talked about culture, business, trust, money, as well as incredible faith in our business. Some important key messages were the following: “Impossible does not exist! Imagine: today the violin W.A.Mozart used in the final years of his life in Vienna, arrives in Lviv! It is priceless, it would seem to be a fairy tale, but no, it shall be delivered to us, and I can hardly yet realize it myself” – said Andriy Sydor. “Abroad, the business is investing in culture, because there is great understanding that without culture, business will be different. The higher the level of culture in the country, the more influence it has on business it terms of quality” – said Mark Zarkhin. “Today, such events abroad attract an incredible number of different investors who diversify the economy during the day, and enjoy music in the evening.” The meeting ended on a very positive note, with a small list of the next steps to be implemented in the development of positive cultural and business relations, and most importantly – in the belief that it will significantly affect the image of Ukraine abroad. So: let’s get down to the business!
