EBA Kharkiv Workshop with Sergey Efremov: Coaching in Business and Private Life

Coaching turns DIFFICULTIES into OPPORTUNITIES,- that was the slogan of a workshop with business coach, director of the Leader Training Center Serhiy Efremov on coaching in business and private life. Mr. Serhiy provided key definitions of coaching, explained the main differences between coaching, training, directiveness and consulting. Particular attention was paid to various coaching tools. The practical cases on how to structure the way of thinking, establish communication with inner voice and increase the decision-making effectiveness were presented. Give Advice (the exercise) was the final note of the workshop. Each participant had the opportunity to apply the knowledge in practice and understand the basic principles of effective coaching - responsibility and awareness. The professionalism of the business coach and the extraordinary activity of the audience made the meeting truly enjoyable. We greatly thank Mr. Serhiy for sharing useful and interesting information.
