  How to minimize damage caused by toxic employees: A lawyer and an HR manager’s point of view was the topic of the EBA Kharkiv HR HUB online meeting together with the ILF. Law Firm experts Kateryna Zaslavska, Director of the Kyiv Office, and Oleksiy Golovin, a lawyer, were the speakers in the event. Discussions addressed the different categories of  problem employees and the impact on business resulting from their activity, how to act in a situation with a problem employee, and how to minimize the harm from toxic workers activity. During the online meeting, we received valuable advice on methods of how to effectively work with difficult workers following the current needs of business and the labor market.
