EBA Dnipro Workshop: Creative Thinking – My Superpower
In the modern world, creativity and innovation are becoming increasingly essential qualities for our work and life in general. This applies not only to creative professions but also to business, science, and technology. Many companies and organizations actively employ creative approaches to develop and enhance the efficiency of their activities. Creativity enables the generation of new and unconventional ideas that can help find effective solutions for various projects.
What are the characteristics of creative thinking?
Creative thinking differs from conventional thinking in that it is not limited by standard frameworks and templates. Creative individuals have the ability to identify unexpected connections between different ideas and concepts, allowing them to create original solutions. One of the key features of creative thinking is the ability to see a problem from different perspectives and explore new approaches.
What factors contribute to successful idea generation in large companies? Successful idea generation requires entrepreneurs and managers to have:
- Lack of fear of risk.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with their team.
- Readiness for experiments and innovation.
