22/ 02/ 2024
Martial law conditions create significant challenges for employers, requiring not only strategic planning, but also an understanding of important labor law norms. Together with Viktoriia Polishchuk , during an online lecture for EBA Dnipro, our business community received clarification and practical advice on labor organization, keeping personnel records and military records, and dismissing employees under martial law. Thus, the hiring process includes several stages, including: verification of military accounting documents, reporting to the tax office, sending data to the TCC  and familiarization with the rules of military accounting. In turn, the reduction procedure has not undergone significant changes, but employers often make omissions during reduction, which the expert drew attention to: Not all vacant positions are offered. Artificial competitions are created. Lists of 200-300 positions are provided, which a person cannot technically process. Job instructions are not provided. We are sincerely grateful to Viktoriia Polishchuk for practical advice and consideration of court cases for business.
