A fairylike final of an ambitious project! 🎉 It is about the last meeting of EBA Dnipro Coaching Teens Platform. The meeting was bright thank for the hospitality of the leading Ukrainian company “Allo”! An outstanding company with 21 years of experience in development, transformation and implementation of advanced ideas, customer engagement and customer experience evaluation. Colleagues had something to share with the participants of the Coaching Teens Platform! Teenagers started their fascinating and intense acquaintance with the company from the Allo store, where they talked to the internal trainer of the company and consultants of the store, learned about innovations in the market of smart technologies, gadgets, as well as WOW-opportunities to work for Allo! After that, they visited Allo headquarters and had communication with craft professionals: Tatiana Stupak, HR Communicator; Alina Muzyka, Head of Product Marketing; Sergei Zolotukhin, Project Manager; Mykola Astapov, Director of Development and Format Management; OJ Dascalu, Chief Experience Officer; who have shared the secrets of their profession and invited teens to join their teams in a couple of years! Now we know many secrets about the company, and, inspired by the visit, we want to share them with you: 345 stores in 140 cities of Ukraine 4 million monthly visitors more than 4000 employees there is a special program Allo Campus for employees: everyone can choose a dream position and grow up to it Allo has its own social network for employees. We are grateful to the entire Allo team, personally to Dmytro Derevytskyi, the Founder of the company, Maria Chukhrienko, the Leading corporate culture and internal communications manager, and to all the speakers who shared their energy with teenagers!
