Dentons advises Dionis Biogas Energy on first biomethane project in Ukraine

  Kyiv, January 2022 – Global law firm Dentons has advised Dionis Biogas Energy LLC on the implementation of the first biomethane project in Ukraine, representing an important milestone in the creation of a bioenergy ecosystem in the country. The project is located in Zhytomyr region and will be able to produce up to 20 mln cubic meters a year. Dentons provided full scope legal support on the project, including advice on regulatory, energy and land law matters.
