CMS advises Revolut on launch of its services to Ukrainian customers

  CMS has advised Revolut, a British and European multinational challenger bank and fintech company, on global offering of its banking and financial services to Ukrainian customers, including such customers in Ukraine. CMS assisted Revolut in providing its cross-border banking services to Ukrainian customers, ensuring full compliance with the country’s financial and regulatory framework. This launch is part of Revoluts broader strategy to expand its services globally and supports Ukraines financial infrastructure by providing accessible banking and other financial services to Ukrainians. Revolut, founded in July 2015 by businessman Nikolay Storonsky and software engineer Vlad Yatsenko, offers banking services for individuals and businesses. The company operates in over 40 countries and has over 50 million users worldwide.
