CMS promotes Tetyana Dovgan to partner in Ukraine

  The Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang is pleased to announce that Tetyana Dovgan has been appointed as a partner with effect from 1 May 2019. In her new role, Tetyana will continue coordinating and further developing the Corporate/M&A practice. Tetyana advises on complex joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity and M&A transactions in Ukraine and the CEE/CIS region, with an industry focus on infrastructure, agriculture, IT and banking. Tetyana has acted on some of the highest profile English-law governed deals in Ukraine, having advised on all aspects of the transaction from on the ground in Kyiv. Tetyana is ranked by Chambers Europe, Legal 500 and other major legal directories, with clients remarking that Tetyana is “extremely commercial in her approach”, “very efficient in terms of execution” and “she has a strategic thinking and vision of the deal”.
