CMS strengthens Corporate M&A offering with key appointment in Ukraine

  International law firm CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang in Ukraine is pleased to announce the appointment of Leonid Petrov as a counsel in its Corporate M&A team in Kyiv. Leonid joins the firm from DLA Piper. Leonid Petrov is an English-qualified solicitor with significant experience advising both Russian and multinational public and private companies on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and restructurings. His practice covers a wide range of sectors, including entertainment, financial services, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, real estate, retail and telecommunication.
