CMS advises Scatec Solar on acquisition of a 148 MW solar power project in Ukraine

  CMS advised Scatec Solar on its acquisition of the 148 MW Progressovka solar power project in Mykolaiv region. Scatec Solar is an integrated independent solar power producer, delivering affordable, rapidly deployable and sustainable clean energy worldwide. This project marks yet another acquisition for Scatec Solar in Ukraine where the company already have secured a number of projects with a total capacity of 250+ MW. CMS team advising Scatec Solar was led by energy partner Vitaliy Radchenko, with key support provided by real estate counsel - Natalia Kushniruk and associate - Ihor Pavliukov and with further support from Graham Conlon on English law aspects of the transaction.
