CMS advises Acciona Energia on expansion of solar projects portfolio in Ukraine

  CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang in Kyiv has advised Acciona Energia (Acciona) on all aspects of its joint venture projects with UDP Renewables (UDPR), a leading Ukrainian investment and development company for the renewable energy sector. As part of the projects, Acciona and UPDR will construct two new solar power plants, Gudzovka-Solar and Arcyz-Solar, in the Odesa region of Ukraine, with an aggregate peak capacity of ca. 44MW. Acciona is a global investor and operator of renewable energy projects and the biggest in the world in terms of clean energies not linked to conventional electric power generation companies.
