  Does your company understand “how we sell? What sales tools do you use? Do you have a training scheme for newborns? What is important to “equip with” managers and sellers so that they could confidently orient in any situation? We received answers to these and other questions on July 4, 2017, at a regular meeting of the EBA Odesa Sales Time. Speaker was Olga Antonova, inspirer and constant moderator of the project, business, sales and services consultant. While discussing a system sales department building, participants marked 4 highlights of forming such department, learned about 5 sellers’ mistakes killing department and company sales, and how to turn these errors into experience. Attendees also learned to check progress on a check-list and got some new tips to increase personal and corporate sales.
