The business met with the management of Odesa Customs

  Traditionally, at the beginning of the meeting with the business, acting Chief of Odesa Customs Vitaliy Zakolodyazhnyi and his colleagues talked about the latest important innovations in regulatory and legal acts on customs matters and reported on an explanatory appeal from the representatives of the Customs Service. After all, from July 1, 2022, Resolution No.759 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on amendments to Appendices 1 and 5 of the Resolution On Amendments to Appendices 1 and 5 to Resolution No. 1424 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2021 entered into force, accordingly, wheat export licensing was canceled and mixtures of wheat and rye (meslin), the ban on the export of oats was also lifted, subject to obtaining the appropriate license. The ban on the export of mineral or chemical, nitrogen fertilizers has also been clarified. Also Oleksandr Lazarev, Chairman of the EBA Odesa Coordination Council, сo-chairman of the EBA Customs Committee, noted the need to resolve the issue of modification of customs declarations in relation to Resolution of the CMU No. 236 of March 9, 2022, without unnecessary bureaucratic procedures and within a short period of time. Here, Mr. Zakolodyazhnyi noted that this issue will be worked out and regulated in the nearest future. Currently, business is waiting for the unblocking of the ports of Southern Ukraine and the new life of Odesa ports. And the Odesa customs office promised to work on making business operations as comfortable as possible.
