Business discussed the first results of the land market opening

  It has been 4 months since the opening of the land market. Therefore, yesterday the EBA held a working meeting to discuss the first results and achievements within this period. Thus, purchase and sale agreements can be considered an important indicator of the functioning of the land market. In fact, since the launch of the land market, a total of 31,825 purchase and sale agreements have been concluded. And the number of new agreements remains high. By the way, Sumy and Kharkiv regions are the leaders by the number of concluded agreements monthly. And the least – in Volyn and Rivne regions. At the same time, there are key issues that still need to be resolved. Thus, some notaries do not have access to the database of the State Geocadastre, many notaries refuse to certify the purchase and sale of agricultural land because of the complicated procedure. The complexity is also the reason why the certification of the agricultural land sale agreement can cost up to 15 thousand UAH, etc. Detailed analysis of the land market opening can be found in the presentation.
